Southern Strata Services manage a complex of strata units in central Perth. My husband and I own one of the units.
My husband and I have four strata units in central Perth, with Southern Strata Services being by far the best Strata Management Company we deal with. The complex managed by Southern Strata Services is always in excellent condition. Everything is attended to quickly, efficiently and at reasonable cost. Wish our other three units were also managed by Southern Strata Services.
